Machine Operator | Afternoon Shift

Your new role
Join a busy, supportive manufacturing team producing quality steel products. You will receive training on the machinery, making this a great opportunity for someone with machine-operating experience or a strong hands-on background who is keen to develop their manufacturing career.
Your duties will include:

• Operating roll-forming and manufacturing machinery
• Loading materials and monitoring production
• Measuring finished products and completing quality checks
• Stacking, packing and preparing completed products
• Using hand and power tools
• Completing general factory and manual-handling duties
• Keeping your work area clean and safe

What you'll need to succeed
You do not need previous roll-forming experience. We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and willing to learn.
You will ideally have:

• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, construction, roofing, landscaping or another physical work environment
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail and quality
• The physical fitness to complete repetitive manual handling
• Reliable transport and commitment to afternoon-shift hours
• A current forklift licence, advantageous but not essential

What you'll get in return

• $40.25 per hour + super
• Monday to Friday, 12pm-8pm
• Approximately 38 hours per week
