We're looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Christchurch.

The role

You'll be responsible for operating a press brake and producing quality folded components to specification. You'll also have the opportunity to assist across other areas of the workshop when required.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating a press brake
• Producing quality folded components
• Assisting with laser cutting when required
• Working safely and efficiently in a busy workshop
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of press brake experience
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Safety-conscious
• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

• CNC machinery
• CNC programming or setup
• Laser cutting machinery
• Welding
