Machine operator/ production worker

We are currently looking for a person to join our team in the position of: Production Planning Specialist Place of work: Pisz Ref. No. SPP/04/25 The Selected Candidate Will Be Responsible For

• Creating and updating production schedules,
• Supervising planning data in the company’s IT system,
• Monitoring the current status of orders and analyzing deviations,
• Reporting on the implementation of production plans and responding to changes in the production plan on an ongoing basis,
• Maintaining documentation for the department’s work,
• Analyzing key indicators related to production plans,
• Working closely with the Logistics, Sales, Procurement, and Production Departments to ensure that the plan is implemented,
• Optimizing planning processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Preferred education in economics or technology,
• Good knowledge of MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel,
• Ability to work with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Optima, IFS),
• Ability to work in dynamic conditions,
• Analytical, organizational and communication skills,
• Ability to plan and organize work,
• Meticulousness, accuracy,
• Experience in a similar position (min. 2 years),
• Knowledge of production processes and planning principles.
