Machine Operator (Rebar Steel)

Operate automated welding, cutting, bending, and other steel processing machinery.

Set up machines according to production drawings, specifications, and work orders.

Monitor machine operation and ensure products meet required quality standards.

Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, sensor, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.

Carry out daily machine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.

Report machine breakdowns, defects, and abnormal conditions promptly.

Assist maintenance personnel during machine servicing and breakdown repairs.

Follow production schedules and achieve assigned production targets.

Maintain accurate production and machine operation records.

Follow workplace safety requirements, ISO procedures, 5S, and company SOPs.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised production work area.

Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Production Manager.
