Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating Screen Printing and Laser Cutting machines, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on shop floor role ideal for candidates with practical machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor screen printing machines to produce accurate, high-quality Screen prints.

• Setup, run, and maintain laser cutting machines.

• Achieve production targets and quality as per production requirements.

• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation.

• Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently.

• Inspect finished output for defects and report quality issues to the supervisor.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

• Record production data including output quantity, downtime, and material usage.

• Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets.

  Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in any relevant trade

• 13 years of experience operating screen printing or laser cutting machines (Required)

• Basic understanding of machine settings, parameters, and safety procedures

• Ability to read and follow technical job instructions

• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts

• Good attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
