Machine Operator Surface Mount

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We have immediate openings for individuals with

familiarity with Surface Mount (SMT) Operations. These positions load

and/or run the Surface Mount Placement machine (Pick and Place) to

manufacture printed circuit board assemblies. Opportunities available on

1st and 2nd shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Read and follow production documents to fully understand the project at

hand. Prep boards, mask, glue, and program screen-printer. Load feeders

and magazines to ensure machine optimization. Verify component and

manufacturing part number accuracy against B.O.M. Evaluate components

for conformance and sufficient quantity. Perform preventative and

general maintenance on machines. Keep an accurate count of product at

your workstation while inspecting every piece for defects Competencies

Oriented Required Education And Experience High School Diploma Or equivalent (GED). Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology

or related field preferred. Mydata, Mycronic, and ASM software

Experience Preferred. Knowledge Of Electronic Components And Equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation
