Machine Operator - Temporary (1 Year)

• Assist the Job Change Team in changing moulds and blanks according to the job change schedule.
• Perform product quality checks in accordance with established standards and inspection procedures.
• Conduct hot-end bottle inspections every 30 minutes to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Perform swabbing according to the established swabbing schedule.
• Inspect and gauge sample bottles from the machine every 30 minutes and accurately record inspection results.
• Monitor and maintain the correct gob shape and gob weight during production.
• Ensure all mould equipment and machine parts removed during job changes are returned to the designated storage trays.
• Monitor machine operation and promptly report any abnormalities or product defects to the Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the machine and surrounding work area.
• Comply with all safety regulations, company policies and quality standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/SPVM qualification. Candidates with a Technical or Vocational Certificate (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related fields) are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment will have an added advantage.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and inspection procedures.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of power control circuits is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment, including rotating shifts if required.
• Able to join immediately is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
