Machine Operator – VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) AM Shift | PM Shift Available

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Machine Operators to join our team.

Shift Availability

• Day Shift – Start at 5:00am, Monday to Saturday
• Afternoon Shift – Start at 1:00pm, Monday to Saturday

A Day in the Life

• Machine start-up experience or a strong aptitude to learn machinery
• Staying proactive and always one step ahead
• Reading and communicating production plans and supporting the team to achieve KPIs
• Communicating effectively across all levels of the business, including managers, senior leaders, auditors and contractors
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating VFFS or similar packaging machinery highly regarded
• Previous FMCG or food manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling up to 10kg
• Willingness to work in cold conditions (2–4°C, PPE provided)
• Flexible to work weekends when required
• Must be 18 years or older
