If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, this is your opportunity to build a career in manufacturing. As a Machine Operator, you'll work with advanced CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

Friday - Sunday
5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

• Work just 3 days per week
• 36 hours worked, paid for 40 hours

What You'll Do:

• Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials and parts
• Reading and following work instructions
• Using precision measuring tools to verify part quality
• Identifying and reporting quality or production concerns
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Using basic shop tools and material-handling equipment
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
• Contributing to a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to hear and recognize normal and abnormal machine sounds
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.
