Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining turret and/or hardware insertion machines and related equipment to produce high-quality components. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery, blueprint reading, and manufacturing processes, with an emphasis on precision and safety in a fast-paced factory environment. Responsibilities

• Program and set up equipment to achieve precise results.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Handle materials using forklifts and other tools safely within the manufacturing facility.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Assist in fabrication, assembly line tasks, tooling setup, and packaging as needed to support production workflows.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience operating machines, and/ or related manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in factory environments and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T standards, and precision measurement techniques.
• Ability to operate hand tools and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with tooling setup, fabrication, materials handling (including forklift operation), and assembly line procedures preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to do basic math and use measuring tape
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Ability to lift and move 50lbs regularly
• Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record
• Must be able to read and write English

Experience

• 1 year minimum verifiable work experience in a similar position. Most recent employment in a similar position with separation on good terms

Schedule & Pay

Employment Type/Hours: Full Time / 40hrs / 4X10
Day Shift: Monday – Thursday

Hours: 6:00 am-4:30pm
Overtime Required as needed

Starting Pay Rate Ranges $17.00 -$22.00 an hour. Pay rate is determined based upon experience.
