Machine Operator/Laborer

Experience is a plus, but it’s not required — we’re willing to train the right person.

We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work, shows up on time, and wants to learn. This is a hands-on, manual labor position where no two days are exactly the same.

Our crew produces sand and gravel for our customers, and depending on the day, you could be running heavy equipment, welding, torching, fabricating, performing maintenance, and working around our processing equipment.

If you enjoy working with your hands, want to learn valuable skills, and like the idea of being home every night, this could be a great fit.

• Dependable and shows up on time
• Willing to work hard and learn
• Comfortable with physical/manual labor
• Heavy equipment or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a crew

We can teach you the skills. We’re looking for someone willing to put in the work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
