Job Summary

The ideal candidate must have practical experience operating and monitoring bottle production lines, sachet packaging machines, and filling line equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining product quality, minimizing machine downtime, and adhering to established safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor bottle production lines, sachet machines, and filling line equipment to meet daily production targets.

· Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications and product requirements.

· Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent product quality throughout the production process.

· Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

· Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational faults and promptly report major technical issues to the maintenance team.

· Ensure accurate filling, sealing, packaging, and labeling of products in line with company quality standards.

· Monitor production output, machine efficiency, and material usage to minimize waste and downtime.

· Maintain proper cleaning and sanitation of machines and the production area in accordance with hygiene requirements.

· Carry out machine changeovers and adjustments when switching between products or packaging formats.

· Complete production records, machine logs, and shift handover reports accurately.

· Comply with company policies, operational procedures, and occupational health and safety regulations.

· Work collaboratively with the production, quality control, and maintenance teams to achieve production objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

· OND, technical certificate, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is an advantage.

· Proven hands-on experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.

· Practical experience operating bottle lines, sachet packaging machines, and filling line equipment is required.

· Knowledge of machine setup, operation, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.

· Understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and workplace safety standards.

· Ability to identify machine faults and take appropriate corrective action within the scope of the role.

· Good attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively within a team and meet production targets.
