Machine Operators - Night Shift

We are recruiting several Night Shift Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Yatala.

This is a great opportunity for experienced operators looking for stable, long-term night shift work within a fast-paced production environment.

Candidates with experience in packaging, print, manufacturing, food production or similar industrial settings will be highly regarded.

Operators with gluing experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and product quality
• Complete machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain production output in line with targets
• Follow site safety procedures and quality standards
• Work effectively as part of the night shift team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Production or Machine Operator
• Experience within packaging, print, manufacturing, food production, or a similar industrial environment
• Gluing experience highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good mechanical aptitude
• The ability to work permanent night shift hours (10pm to 6am)
• A reliable and safety-focused approach to work
