About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join the manufacturing team at PARADIGM PHARMA (THAILAND) CO., LTD. in Samut Prakan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of specialised production machinery, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. This role is essential to maintaining our production schedule and delivering excellence to our clients.

• Operating and monitoring pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery (Labelling, Cartoning, Blister packing, Check-weighing) in accordance with standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Performing routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure machinery functions optimally
• Recording production data, machine readings and operational logs accurately and in real-time
• Conducting quality checks on products during and after production runs to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions, faults or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment within the production area
• Following all health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
• Participating in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of machinery operation, maintenance principles and safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, work instructions and operating manuals
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with precision equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work different shifts if required
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Certification or formal training in machine operation is preferred but not essential
