Machine Production Operator (Bilingual)

• Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming tools.
• Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery using Fanuc controls and other programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to inspect parts for quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols; document production data accurately for quality control records.
• Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, , stamping presses, or flexo presses within a manufacturing facility.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers for quality inspections.
• Experience with tooling setup, fabrication processes, welding, assembly lines, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts.
• Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
