Machine Senior Operator

About the role

We are a growing medical device company located in Cikupa, Banten. We are seeking a dynamic, disciplined individual with strong work ethic to join us as a Machine Senior Operator.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and production equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Ensure production targets are achieved as set.
• Work with the QC department to ensure products have good quality with low defects.
• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and safety in the work area (implementation of 5S/5R).
• Report daily work results to supervisors.
• Implement occupational health and safety (K3) culture strictly in the machinery work area.

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education in a related field, minimum age 21 years.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a Machine Operator and/or Maintenance (preferably from the medical device industry).
• Able to create preventive maintenance schedules for machinery used.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to translate production schedules into daily work plans.
• Can communicate effectively across departments.
• Disciplined, thorough, honest, and able to work as part of a team.
• Physically and mentally healthy, not colour blind and ready to join immediately.
• Willing to work in shift system and willing to be placed in Cikupa, Banten.
