Job Scope:

Machine Setup Technician

• Set up, calibrate, and configure machines according to specifications, drawings, and setup requirements, including uploading and downloading software and parameters.
• Perform machine test runs, verify equipment functionality, and ensure product quality through proper alignment and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues during setup, working closely with the Engineering team to ensure smooth commissioning.
• Support Quality Control during buy-off activities and ensure machines meet operational and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate setup documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine setup efficiency.

Assembly Technician

• Assemble, align, and commission automated and robotic machines for industrial automation, including PCBA and semiconductor equipment, ensuring precision and quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, technical specifications, and AutoCAD/SolidWorks designs to perform accurate mechanical assembly.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble, adjust, calibrate, and troubleshoot mechanical components and machine systems.
• Work closely with the engineering team to resolve technical issues, support machine testing, and ensure successful equipment integration.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge and adapt to new technologies, assembly methods, and automation equipment while maintaining high workmanship standards
