Machine Shop Fabricator

Qualifications:

• Vocational Degree of Industrial Technology, Metal and Glass Fabrication or Machine Tool Technology
• At least 2-4 years of structural or architectural metal and glass works fabrication, service body repair, tinsmith, glass polishing, tinting and painting.
• Proven track record in residential, commercial, or vehicular (RV/trailer) metal and glass works and cabinetry.
• Willing to be assign in Maybunga, Pasig City.

Knowledge In:

• Parts and materials handling (abrasive lapping, edge polishing)
• Cost Estimation and geometric calculations for accurate glass work and tubular/sheet metal notch and bend allowance within tight tolerance down to +/-0.5mm for seamless enclosure alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production and fabrication execution.
• Perform body repairs/fabrication of all service as per SRF during preventive maintenance.
• Ensure conformance to Standard Operating Procedure, 5S, and Good Housekeeping to promote the safe and efficient environment operation.
• Attend toolbox talks with the Team to discuss Work Scheduled, Priorities, and Safe Precautions on every job assignment.
• Perform an inventory of used parts and materials for disposal per Environment, Health, and Safety compliance standards.
