Machine Shop Senior Engineer

Name of Position : Sr. Engineer

1.Job Objective :-
Machine Shop Shift In charge

2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-
Handling shift activities independently,
Achieving daily production/packing targets,
Taking shift wise responsibility up to FG.
Shift manpower handling, training, motivating etc.
Machine and quality related problem resolving,
Maintaining 5S, TPM Implementation,
Quick Set up change and approval on CNC/VMC,
Responsible for shift wise rejection and analysis,
Responsible for consumable cost.

3.Qualification & Experience Required :-
Diploma /BE in Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile engineering with 6 to 10 years of experience in CNC/VMC, SPM etc.

4.Personal Characteristic :-
Team leading abilities, proactive,good interpersonal skill set.
To be an action Oriented,
Good Leadership.
Have good knowledge & positive attitude. Should work in team as a active team member.

Location:
At Manufacturing plants and Office Facilities situated in Chakan, Pune.
