Machine Shop Supervisor

Cardinal is looking for an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations in our machine shop. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing machining operations, managing production schedules, and driving improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee CNC and manual machining operations, equipment, and personnel
• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 15–20 employees
• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet delivery goals
• Monitor productivity, work quality, and equipment performance
• Support equipment maintenance, production changeovers, and operational improvements
• Drive continuous improvement, 5S practices, and workplace safety

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in machining or metal fabrication
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, blueprints, and production processes
• Experience with CNC programming, Lean Manufacturing, or quality management is a plus
