Machine Technician - Backshift

We are recruiting for full-time Machine Technicians to join our production team and be part of our exciting growth plans. Shift pattern: These roles will work Monday-Friday from 17.10- 1:40

Job requirements of Machine Technician:

· To ensure that all packing and products being used are correct to the required specification.

· To start, set up run and fault find on the required machine.

· Conduct label checks at the required timings (start, 30 minutes, end)

· Complete Scale check weights (WPL and OCM) at a minimum frequency of 4 times per day

What you will need:

• Level 2 H&S awareness
• Level 2 Food Safety
• Understanding of relevant risk assessments and safe working procedures.
• Understanding and application of hazard identification and near miss reporting.
• Basic level of literacy and numeracy skills, being able to understand verbal requests and documentation
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

Pay and benefits:

· Salary: £15.38 per hour (including attendance bonus)
