Machine Technician

Job Summary: Mixue is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Trainer – Machine Specialist to ensure consistent, efficient, and safe use of all operational machinery across our stores. This role focuses on training store staff in the use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines such as ice cream dispensers, tea brewers, and sealing machines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for process improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

1.Conduct Equipment Training:

• Deliver hands-on training for new and existing staff on all Mixue machinery.
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed during machine use.

2. Monitor Operational Compliance:

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate machine operation standards.
• Provide feedback and refresher training when needed.

3. Troubleshooting & Support:

• Act as the first point of contact for machinery-related issues in-store.
• Liaise with technical support or maintenance teams for advanced repairs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in equipment training or operations in a food & beverage or retail environment.
• Familiarity with machinery used in beverage and dessert preparation (ice cream machines, tea brewers, sealing machines, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to different store locations.
• Basic technical or mechanical skills are an advantage.
• High school diploma required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

1、Extensive training experience and good course development skills.

2、Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively impart knowledge and skills.

3、Familiarity with operational management models in the food and beverage industry, with hands-on experience.

4、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to adjust training programs based on actual conditions.

5、Language Skills: Fluent in English.‎ Certifications and Licenses: Certified machine trainer or relevant professional certifications preferred.‎

6、Working Conditions: Must be able to adapt to a certain frequency of travel. Able to withstand certain work pressure.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
