About the role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Technician to join our operations team at our facility in Bulacan, Central Luzon. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our manufacturing equipment. As a Machine Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our machinery operates at peak efficiency, minimising downtime, and supporting our production objectives. This position is integral to our operational success and requires a proactive professional who can work independently whilst collaborating effectively with our production team.

Key responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance and preventative servicing on manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions and technical faults
• Repairing and replacing defective machine components to restore full operational capacity
• Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure safe and efficient production processes
• Maintaining detailed maintenance logs and documentation of all repairs and servicing activities
• Conducting equipment inspections to identify potential issues before they impact production
• Supporting the production team to resolve technical challenges and minimise production interruptions
• Adhering to all workplace safety protocols and regulations whilst performing assigned duties
• Collaborating with supervisors and other technicians to optimise equipment performance and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a machine operator or machine technician in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Knowledge of machinery operation, maintenance procedures, and preventative care practices
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A commitment to safety and compliance with all workplace regulations
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and work in a manufacturing environment
• Relevant technical certifications or formal training in machine maintenance (preferred)
