Machine Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Machine Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of industrial machinery to ensure seamless production processes. Your expertise will help optimize machine performance, uphold quality standards, and promote a safe working environment. Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and repair food manufacturing and processing equipment, including vacuum packaging machines, food processing machinery, grills, and other production equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks using measurement instruments and dimensional measurement tools to ensure products meet specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using engineering troubleshooting techniques.
• Set up and calibrate machinery for different production runs, ensuring proper assembly and configuration.
• Follow safety procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.

Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with food processing and manufacturing equipment
• Ability to monitor and adjust machinery for proper operation
• Knowledge of vacuum packaging equipment and packaging machinery
• Experience with industrial grills, cookers, conveyors, and other production equipment
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to identify equipment issues and determine appropriate repairs
• Preventive maintenance experience
