We're looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Machine Technician who not only excels at repairing machines but also has a strong ability to identify root causes and prevent issues from recurring.

This role involves troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and IoT-related systems. You'll work closely with field attendants, provide technical guidance, and contribute to continuous improvements in machine reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and IoT-related faults.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians on complex issues.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Document and communicate field issues, findings, and practical solutions.
• Contribute to improvements in maintenance procedures, repair methods, and spare parts management.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance activities are completed safely and to a high standard.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with electronics and electromechanical systems.
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing machinery in field and workshop environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, motors, sensors, control boards, and related components.
• Demonstrated ability to perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Good to excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Naturally curious with a strong desire to understand how systems and machines work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with arcade, vending, amusement, or similar automated machinery.
• Knowledge of IoT devices, embedded systems, and remote monitoring technologies.
• Experience working with payment systems, control boards, sensors, motors, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Exposure to preventative maintenance and reliability improvement programs.
