Machine Technician

Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on packing, flow-pack, weighing, labeling, conveyor, and sealing machinery. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor, and PLC/automation faults quickly to minimize downtime. Perform machine setup, calibration, alignment, and commissioning after repairs or modifications. Support operators with complex changeovers, adjustments, and technical issues. Complete planned preventive maintenance on schedule. Carry out root cause analysis on repeated breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions. Monitor machine condition (vibration, wear, temperature, lubrication) and flag risks early. Manage spare parts usage and raise requests for critical and consumable spares. Maintain accurate records: breakdown logs, PM checklists, repair history, and spare consumption.
