Machine Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Testing mechanical and electrical components of machines.
• Follow work instructions, technical drawings and assembly procedures.
• Perform testing and inspection to ensure machine meets quality standards.
• Use calibration tools and measuring equipment during testing.
• Identify and report defects, abnormalities or assembly issues.
• Troubleshoot and rectify basic assembly problems.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Work closely with engineers and team members to complete task on schedule.

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any engineering related discipline.

• Relevant experience in equipment assembly, machine building, production or manufacturing is a plus!

• Comfortable using calibration tools and measuring equipment.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
