About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, reliable, and eager-to-learn Machinery Assistant to join our team in QLD. This is an entry-level position focused on assisting with basic mechanical work — ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the machinery and equipment field, even without prior experience.

You’ll gain practical, real-world skills working with forklifts, excavators, and other construction machinery. The best part? You’ll be mentored directly by experienced senior technicians and industry experts, learning step-by-step with real equipment and real problems — no classroom theory, just solid hands-on training

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with forklift servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Carry out inspections and basic mechanical work under supervision
• Learn to diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
• Support pre-delivery inspections and equipment testing
• Prepare tools, parts and equipment for scheduled jobs
• Join experienced technicians on field service jobs
• Keep the workshop clean, organised and safe

Who We’re Looking For

• Mandarin-speaking preferred
• No extensive experience needed – training provided
• Some basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience is a plus (e.g., forklifts, car repair, general tools)
• Reliable, motivated, and physically fit
