Role & responsibilities
* Take complete responsibility for Plant & Machinery operations, including deployment, utilisation, preventive maintenance and breakdown management across all sites.
* Manage the entire machinery fleet ensuring maximum uptime and minimum downtime.
* Lead mechanics, operators and technicians; manage spares, repairs, vendors, servicing and maintenance costs.
* Maintain machine-wise records, service schedules, breakdown history and P&M MIS, while ensuring effective cost control.
