Machinery Maintenance Engineer

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Build and run routine schedules for hydraulic power packs, pumps, motors, seals, and oil filtration systems based on manufacturer guidelines

Hydraulic Diagnostics: Trace and fix pressure drops, fluid leaks, cavitation, overheating, strange noises, and proportional/directional valve malfunctions using hydraulic schematics and pressure gauges.

Mechanical Repairs: Replace damaged cylinder seals, piston rods, tie rods, hoses, bearings, and limit switches

Calibration & Alignment: Level the press bed, check parallelism of the platen, and calibrate tonnage pressure settings to match specific production and stamping requirements.

Breakdown Management: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major failures to prevent repeat breakdowns and restore machine operation quickly.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) protocols, pressure relief valve checks, and statutory safety inspections.

Documentation: Track maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and work orders
