We are looking for a dependable and motivated Machinery Operator to join our team in Pittsburg, Texas. Our company has demonstrated significant growth, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and build a long-term career.

This is a full-time, day-shift position offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a stable work environment.

Responsibilities

· Safely operate and monitor steel-forming machinery and equipment

· Understand how steel bends and forms and adjust roller positions and pressures to achieve and maintain consistently flat sheet metal

· Set up machines and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality

· Monitor finished product for quality, consistency, and accuracy

· Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance

· Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Identify and communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors

Qualifications

· Previous machinery or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

· Mechanical aptitude

· Understanding of how steel responds to forming and bending is a plus

· Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

· Good attention to detail

· Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to safely handle materials as required

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
