What they need
MACHINERY SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
Collect purchased tools, spare parts, and related equipment required for daily site operations.
Prepare and maintain daily machinery breakdown reports.
Monitor machinery maintenance activities, including filter replacement, spare parts installation, and repair works.
Monitor mechanics’ performance and work progress and provide regular updates through WhatsApp, server, email, or other company communication channels.
Check the accuracy and completeness of tools and spare parts before submitting purchase requests to the on-site purchaser.
Assist with other site operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance
Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Willing to work in a site-based environment and adapt to operational requirements.
