Machinery Technician

1.     Plant equipment

·       Carry out repair maintenance works.

·       Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule

·       Daily inspection of equipment and machine, report if any issues found.

·       Daily greasing of critical equipment (Decanter, mixer…)

·       Assist supervisor on improvement works.

·       Assist supervisor on spare parts stock check.

·       Accomplishes others daily assignments as scheduled and as directed

·       Keep the workplace clean, tidy and hygienic.

·       Comply with safe work practices.

2.     Utilities

·       Daily inspection of compressed air, water supply, steam supply, chilled water supply to equipment. Fix the leaking issue if any.

·       Attend to minor breakdown of chilled water system, Air compressor, Boiler outside office hours.

3.      Workshop Activities

·       Maintain 5S in the engineering workshop

·       Carry out cutting, grinding, welding operation in the workshop.
