Machining Engineer (Automation & PLC)

Responsibilities

• Design, improve, and maintain automation machines and production equipment.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, etc.).
• Support machine installation, commissioning, and production start-up.
• Analyze machine issues and implement improvement solutions.
• Design electrical control systems, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, and Maintenance teams to improve productivity.
• Prepare machine documentation and preventive maintenance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in Automation, Machine Design, or PLC Programming.
• Experience with PLC programming (Mitsubishi / Omron / Siemens).
• Knowledge of Servo Motor, Inverter, HMI, Sensors, Pneumatic & Electrical Control.
• Able to use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or related design software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage.
