Positions Available1. Circular Saw Operator & Programmer

• Minimum Experience: 2 Years in industrial cutting or heavy machinery operation.
• Key Responsibilities: Set up, calibrate, and operate industrial circular saws for precision cutting of steel bars and alloy profiles; program cut lists and optimize material yield using nesting software or controller interfaces; inspect cut components for dimensional accuracy and straightness using precision measuring tools; perform routine preventative maintenance, blade changes, and coolant checks.

2. CNC Milling Operator & Programmer

• Minimum Experience: 2 Years in CNC milling setup, machining, and programming.
• Key Responsibilities: Operate 3-axis/4-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision chain components, sprockets, and custom steel fixtures; write, test, and optimize G-code/M-code programs or utilize CAM software for efficient toolpaths; select cutting tools, set work offsets, and monitor tool wear; run first-piece inspections and adjust feeds and speeds to match engineering drawings.

3. CNC Turning Operator & Programmer

• Minimum Experience: 2 Years in CNC lathe/turning operations.
• Key Responsibilities: Set up and run CNC turning centers to machine cylindrical steel components, pins, rollers, and bushings; develop and edit turning programs for roughing, finishing, threading, and grooving cycles; measure diameters, concentricity, and surface finishes using micrometers and dial gauges; optimize cycle times, troubleshoot errors, and perform daily machine upkeep and lubrication.

4. CNC Fiber Laser Operator & Programmer

• Minimum Experience: 2 Years in CNC fiber laser cutting.
• Key Responsibilities: Operate high-precision CNC fiber laser cutting machines to cut steel plates and sheet metal components; import CAD drawings, perform automated and manual nesting to maximize material utilization, and configure laser parameters (power, speed, focal length, assist gases); load raw steel sheets, sort cut parts, and manage scrap removal; inspect cut edges for dross or thermal distortion and maintain optical cleanliness.

5. Welding Robot Operator & Programmer

• Minimum Experience: 2 Years in robotic welding cell operation and programming (MIG/TIG applications).
• Key Responsibilities: Teach, modify, and optimize robotic welding paths, torch angles, travel speeds, and weld parameters using teach pendants or offline programming; set up automated welding fixtures and load steel chain assemblies securely; inspect completed welds for penetration, porosity, and dimensional uniformity; clean welding nozzles, replace contact tips, and resolve basic error codes.

General Requirements

• Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) in Mechanical/Mechatronics or a relevant technical engineering degree/diploma.
• Core Skills: Proficiency in reading technical engineering drawings, blueprints, and tolerance callouts. Strong commitment to industrial safety protocols and teamwork within a manufacturing environment.
