Machining Process Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Organise new product meetings, determine production processes for new products, and prepare the final process documentation.
2. Maintain processes for mass-produced products and continuously improve and optimise them.
3. Develop in-process inspection standards, provide requirements to the Quality Department and production inspection team, and conduct regular reviews.
4. Learn and become familiar with the processes used for all machining products manufactured by the company.
5. Assist with root cause analysis and process improvements when production issues arise.
6. Manage technical information security, intellectual property, and standardisation.
7. Prepare drawings for new finished and semi-finished products.
8. Perform other duties assigned by the Technical and Quality Director and the Machining Operations Director.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
2. At least five years of experience in machining programming.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and drafting or CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, UG (NX), and Mastercam.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
