MACHINIST

1                Responsibility

·        Operate CNC machine according to Standard Operating Procedure.

·        Setup machine / job in CNC machine as per Setup Sheet.

·        Ensure goods produced meeting product quality requirement and standard.

·        Ensure all the required information is recorded and updated. (FA note, Daily output, Reporting and etc.)

·        Achieve daily output goals set by Supervisor/Leader

·        Maintain good housekeeping practice at workplace and surrounding area.

·        Troubleshooting machining error

·        Execute other tasks assigned by the superior

2                Authority

·        Perform adjustment on machine pertaining to quality issue and fast response.

·        Perform scheduled maintenance for machine.

4                Minimum Requirements

4.1            Education level:

·        Minimum SPM or above

4.2            Working Experience:

·        Minimum 5 years working experience in similar field / position

4.3            Special Skill:

·        CNC Machining skills

·        Understanding and apply GD&T knowledge
