We’re looking for machinists at different stages of their careers, from those building confidence on CNC equipment to experienced machinists who can independently set up machines and create programs.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters is that you have a solid foundation, take pride in your work, and want to keep getting better.

At Accu-Precision, you’ll work with modern CNC equipment, advanced software, tight tolerances, and complex precision-machined components in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Build From Where You Are

Depending on your experience, your work may include:

• Following established programs, work instructions, and machining processes
• Independently operating and monitoring CNC equipment
• Making offsets and adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances
• Deburring and inspecting your own work using precision measuring tools
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation
• Troubleshooting machining issues and learning how to identify root causes
• Performing independent machine setups
• Creating and refining CNC programs
• Working with machinists/programmers, engineers, and inspectors to improve the process

The more you know, the more you can own. And as your skills grow, so can the complexity and independence of your work.

Compensation: $22.00-$34.00/hr

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 4x10, Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 4x10, Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:00am
• Weekend Shift: 3x12, Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm

*90-Day onboarding Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
