Monarch Machine & Tool has been delivering quality machining and fabrication services in the Tri-Cities for over 79 years. We’re an, established shop looking for a skilled Machinist to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machine tools (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Produce precision parts to tight tolerances
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Support fabrication and general shop work as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a machinist (manual, CNC, or both preferred)
• Strong blueprint reading
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a small team
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Ability to lift and move materials as required

Location: Pasco, WA
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
