Machinist

Key responsibilities

• Create and adjust programming for Mazaktrol controller and Fanuc controller.
• Set up and operate CNC turning machine (Fanuc & Mazak).
• Perform machine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing.
• Record daily job activity and cost saving project.
• Improve 5s activity for machine spare parts and record.
• Perform other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/SPVM or Technical Certificate qualification.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply. 1–2 years of relevant CNC machining experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn and able to undergo on-the-job training (OJT).
• Basic knowledge in using air tools, welding torch, and measurement gauges (GO/NO GO).
• Ability to perform basic reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high integrity.
• Physically fit to work in a factory environment.
• Positive “can-do” attitude with good attention to detail.
