What You’ll Do

· Set up and adjust machines for production runs.

· Operate machines and check the quality of the parts you produce.

· Troubleshoot equipment problems and help make repairs.

· Perform routine machine maintenance.

· Work with the team to keep production running smoothly.

· Follow safe work practices and keep your work area organized.

· Mechanical aptitude and an interest in how equipment works.

· A willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and learn new skills.

· A self-starter who notices what needs to be done and follows through.

· A team player who communicates well and is willing to help others.

· Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in doing a job well.

Preferred Experience — Not Required

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

· Machine setup and adjustment

· Machine maintenance and repair

· Tool and die work

· Troubleshooting mechanical equipment

· Machining, welding, or metal fabrication

· Operating manufacturing equipment

· Reading blueprints and using measuring tools

· Automotive, farm equipment, or small-engine repair

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
