Lucas Industries, a PCM Innovation Company, is a growing manufacturer specializing in precision aerospace tooling and parts. We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining centers.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and part tolerances.
• Understand tooling requirements and machine setup instructions.
• Make program and offset adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine daily preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper care and storage of company tools and equipment.
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous CNC machining and machine setup experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of basic shop mathematics, including decimal and fraction conversions.
