What You'll Do

• Operate and assist with setup of CNC and/or manual machine tools
• Work with large components and custom one-off or short-run parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts and maintain quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean
• Follow shop safety procedures and company standards
• Work closely with experienced machinists and supervisors during training

Qualifications

• Previous machining experience is preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift materials and work around large equipment safely
• Basic math and measuring skills
