Machinist - First Shift

We are looking for a motivated CNC Machine operator to join our team. This is a first shift role, and the schedule is 6am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment.

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure precision.

• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.

• Strong analytical skills and practical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot, service, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Assist in 5S and Lean activities as required.

• Self-motivated and ability to work well with others in all departments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machinist (3 years preferred).

• Mazak programming experience preferred.

• Proficient in operating CNC machines, lathes, mills, and grinders.

• Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated and ability to work well with others in all departments.
