Mail Fulfillment Associate

Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing company ProStar Staffing is hiring Mail Fulfillment Associates to join a fast-paced production team in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Schedule

Monday-Friday

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay $18.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay
• Full-Time Hours

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated mail fulfillment and inserting equipment
• Prepare billing statements, customer notices, and business communications for processing and mailing
• Load materials into production equipment
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with equipment setup
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Assist with sorting, packaging, and mail processing operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications

• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, machine operator, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
