Packer & Mail Handler/Customer Service (Baltimore, MD)

compensation: Based On Experience & Knowledge.

A mailing & shipping store currently has a Full time position for a support with packing, shipment, and customer service. Hours needed are afternoons to early evening Monday through Friday and Saturday for around 25-35 hours.

Job Description:

* Experience working on computer with windows software

* Selling and processing UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and US Postal service products

* Selling boxes and office supplies

* Packaging customer shipments

* Sorting and filing amounts of mail for customer mailbox holders

* Operating office equipment such as copy and fax machines

* Taking passport pictures

* Lifting boxes up to 50 lbs

Job Requirements:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably over the counter

* Ability to multi-task and function in a fast paced work environment

* Excellent typing skills and ability to accurately perform data entry.

* Must be friendly, have a smile on your face, and a positive attitude

* Must have reliable transportation and be 100% dependable.

* Must be Honest and Trustworthy.

*Lifting boxes up to 30-50 lbs

Experience with the shipping industry and knowledge of UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and US Postal products and services will be considered. Good Student can be considered.
