Mailing Clerk

This role is responsible for providing professional counter collection service for incoming mails/parcels/attending to internal enquiry for urgent incoming mails or parcels.

Responsibilities

• Log the incoming items into a tracking system before sorting/distributing them to internal departments
• Provide routine office administrative support duties and any ad hoc tasks
• Assist in reconciliation and analysis of various reports
• Monitor office email account
• Ability to perform multi-task and assist other groups if required

Experience and Qualifications

• Form 5 or above with a minimum of 3 years or more related experience in office administration support
• Good telephone manner, self-motivated, cheerful with positive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, especially Excel Spreadsheet); Chinese word processing is a must
• Fast and accurate in both English and Chinese typing
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
• Must be careful, responsible, well organized and independent
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Able to work under pressure
