Mailroom Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Print Room Helper / Production Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady weekday work in a fast-paced production environment.

We are seeking a person who is dependable, shows up on time, follows instructions, and takes pride in doing quality work. Previous experience in printing, mailing, warehouse, production, or assembly is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with printing and preparing direct marketing and mail pieces
• Sort, organize, and bundle printed materials
• Fold, insert, and assemble mail pieces
• Apply labels and prepare materials for mailing and delivery
• Assist with packing and organizing finished jobs
• Check work for accuracy and quality
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow instructions and work efficiently to meet production deadlines
• Assist with other general production and print room duties as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with good attendance
• Able to work Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light-to-moderate lifting
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in printing, direct mail, production, warehouse, assembly, or similar work is a plus, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation to Hamilton, NJ

Pay

Starting at $16.00 per hour, can be increased based on experience and qualifications.
