Mail and packages move through this building every day, and this role makes sure none of it gets stuck along the way. You'll sort what comes in, log it, and route it to the right person or department. It's fairly steady work. A big delivery can throw off the morning, though, and you'll need to catch up before the next round goes out. People stop by the mailroom often, whether they're expecting something or just checking on a delay, so a bit of conversation comes with the job. We typically keep this to one shift, with timing built around when deliveries actually arrive.
Responsibilities
- Sorting mail and packages by department or recipient
- Log each delivery as it's received
- Route packages to desks, offices, or mail slots
- Preparing outgoing mail, weighing and applying postage
- Tracking down a package when someone says it hasn't arrived, and following up until it turns up
- Restock envelopes, boxes, and other mailroom supplies
- Keeping shelves and carts organized between delivery rounds
- Flag damaged or unusual packages to a supervisor
Qualifications
- You keep tabs on multiple deliveries at once without losing track of where anything is.
- When a staff member has a question about a missing package, you can walk them through it without getting flustered.
- Basic computer work, like logging deliveries or printing labels, doesn't slow you down.
- Some days bring more mail than others, and you shift your pace to match without falling behind.
- You naturally keep things organized, so the mailroom doesn't end up buried by midweek.
- Showing up on time matters to you, since deliveries won't wait around.
- Even on a hectic morning, you stay steady and keep working through the backlog.
- You're friendly and easy to work with, whether it's a coworker or someone stopping by to ask about a package.nce, shipments, and materials are processed accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and possess a strong commitment to customer service. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will contribute to the seamless flow of materials and information, supporting overall operational success.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily mail distribution, including sorting, processing, and delivering internal and external correspondence
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport shipments safely
- Use automatic inserting machines for mail processing tasks efficiently

- Support warehouse distribution functions by assisting with inventory management, filing, and general organizational tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during outdoor work activities and when operating material handling equipment
