Are you an experienced Main Line Automotive Technician we would like to talk to you. We’re looking for a highly skilled professionals to join our team and help deliver top-tier service to our customers.

We have a new air-conditioned shop with new state of the art equipment. A steady flow of work and an increasing client base. We have a great pay structure for technicians. Our team has a fast approval time for upsells and we do whatever is necessary to get parts quickly for you. Our average customer pay ticket if over 3 hours. We have a stable Quick Lane upsell process that provides upsold Maintenance work to the Main Line shop.

Position Overview

As a Main Line Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles with a focus on CDJR vehicles. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on all types of CDJR vehicles
• Complete work efficiently while meeting dealership standards
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members
• Mentor and assist lower-level technicians when needed

Qualifications

• 3 years Mail Line experience in a new car franchise.
• Strong experience with diagnostics and repair
• Extensive knowledge of current day vehicle systems
• Proficient with OEM diagnostic tools and service software
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift, bend, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship

Preferred Experience

• FCA/Stellantis certifications (a plus but not required)
• Some diesel engine repair experience
• ASE certifications (a plus)
